From the moment I approached TH Associates I received an unbelievable service.
A change in circumstances led me to investigate alternative employment and I approached a number of recruitment companies. TH Associates were the only company to invite me in for a meeting to discuss my requirements and identify potential opportunities that would suit me, rather than offer any and every job that came along.
Paul Gurney was my contact and appeared to work solely for me! Paul found the ideal opportunity, fully briefed me on the company and its culture, providing detail down to the fact the interviewer took note of the pen used in the interview. Since I started the role my choice of pen has been commented on! Prior to the second interview Paul had identified with the company their perception on my potential strengths and weaknesses which allowed me to be prepared and address them. I have no doubt this helped me secure the role.
Due to my change in circumstances I was working to tight time constraints and I put Paul under pressure to get a decision from the company. Paul managed to secure me the role at 10pm on a Friday evening – a truly dedicated service.

I sent out my CV to TH Associates immediately after I handed in my final year project for a degree in MSc Building Services Engineering in November 2005. I received a call within a couple of days from Gary Melton, who said he will be working on my behalf, I explained to him that I was off in holiday and would be back in two weeks, to which he replied that he will set the ball rolling and get back in touch with me when I got back.

This was a very nice gesture from him, as I have dealt with other agents in the past, and have not been wholly impressed.
