Dawn has worked for a number of blue chip organisations, namely, Express Foods Group, Cape PLC, GMAC RFC and latterly, Skanska UK.

Her career has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise - she specialises in people management and development, policies and procedures, resourcing solutions, reward, training and change management.
